Thursday night, May 12th we had the honor of providing our catering services to the first graduating class of Lincoln Memorial University's Medical School. The celebration took place at The Stables in LaFollette. The venue is one of a kind with its hand crafted chandeliers made from satellite dishes, old Hollywood décor lining the walls, and its movie like sets scattered throughout the room.
