We’d like to introduce our All Occasion Catering Family to a new series we’re doing – a Recipe of the Month. These recipes will be great when you need to whip up a delectable dish but have no idea what to make. Whether you’re a cooking savant or just starting your culinary journey, these recipes will impress your guests.
This month we’re making Smoked Shrimp Tapas! You’ll need:
½ lb Smoked shrimp (26-30)
2 tbsp Fresh small diced chives
2 tbsp Chopped olives
2 tbsp Diced green chilies
3 tbsp Shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Mayo
½ tsp Cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Phyllo cups
Yields 12 cups
Smoke the shrimp at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes in smoker (times may vary). After the shrimp has cooled, cut them into small pieces and add to the rest of your ingredients. Fill each phyllo cup with the mixture and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
