Bartending Options

Hosted Bar

• This type of bar is paid for by the host/customer and may be pre-paid bottle service (purchasing a specific amount of wine, beer or liquor by the bottle) or may be an open bar by the drink with the host picking up the entire tab (including 15% administrative fee).

Hosted/Cash Bar

• This combination works best for many functions with the host/customer purchasing drink tickets (usually 2 per guest) and once their tickets are gone the guest can purchase directly from the bar on a cash basis. There are times when this may be an effective solutions for corporate events or larger weddings. The host would be responsible for their portion of the bar tab (including 15% administrative fee).

Cash Bar

• This is where the guests purchase all of their own drinks. This type bar would consist of beer, house wines and assorted liquors/mixed drinks.
