[dropcap]T[/dropcap]hursday night, May 12th we had the honor of providing our catering services to the first graduating class of Lincoln Memorial University’s Medical School. The celebration took place at The Stables in LaFollette. The venue is one of a kind with its hand crafted chandeliers made from satellite dishes, old Hollywood décor lining the walls, and its movie like sets scattered throughout the room. It is as grand as it looks and sounds, and the perfect venue for anyone looking for something unique.
Students enjoyed the evening mingling about the patio munching on our butler passed Hors D’oeuvres which included our ever famous Fried Mac N’ Cheese bites, Smoked Chicken Quesadillas, & BLT Bruschetta.
Guests headed to the barn to graze on our different interactive stations. OurPasta Station gave guests the option of a rich meaty sauce or our creamy Alfredo Sauce and the choice of fresh sautéed mushrooms, diced tomatoes, crushed red pepper, and parmesan cheese to top our Penne Pasta.
Our French Fry Station was a favorite, as always and included our traditional Crinkle Cut, one of a kind Sweet Potato Fries, or our Black Pepper French Fries. Our Carving Station was a hit as one of our chefs hand carved and served guests a slice of Roasted Prime Rib on a fresh baked dinner roll. Our Chocolate Fountainwas another favorite as students dipped homemade Rice Krispie Squares, Marshmallows, Pretzels, Piroulines, and Fresh Fruit into our decadent dark chocolate.
Thank you to all of the student volunteers from LMU who helped make this a successful evening for the new graduates. Also, thank you to All Occasions Party Rentals who provided tables, linens, tents, and more! We appreciate the opportunity to be a part of such a special celebration for the first graduating class of Lincoln Memorial’s Medical School.
