Exciting news for AOC! Earlier this week, we were in Philadelphia at the Art Of Catering Food (AOCF) for three days of intense culinary training with some of the best chefs in the nation. We were excited to see that two other caters in Knoxville were also attending the convention! This truly helps raise the bar for the catering industry in Knoxville. The AOCF show is put on by Catersource and the International Catering Association bringing all aspects of catering to light including informational round tables, intense focus on new trends from around the country and new cooking concepts. The AOCF is a more intimate group of around 400 to 500 attendees allowing great time to network with other catering companies. We were able to learn from one another and take away great ideas for each of our companies. We look forward to sharing our new concepts with our clients and the Knoxville market.
