All Occasion Catering catered a wedding with a vegan menu in October. The menu fed 70 guests and provided even the most devout carnivores with a satisfying meal. This wedding was only one example of the dietary needs AOC is happy to accommodate.
For cocktail hour, the guests enjoyed a choice of either Greek bruschetta with heart of palm tapenade or tofu and artichoke stuffed mushrooms. For the main entrees, chickpea meatloaf or pan fried gnocchi and acorn squash with hazelnut sage pesto were served. Options for sides included hearty rosemary mashed potatoes to roasted root veggies and kale salad with cashew bleu cheese tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. Even the rolls were vegan!
