Some common fall favorites decorate the Premier Menu – smoked pork loin with spiced apples, maple-infused sweet potato and sweet cobbler. Pair with some apple cider and fall flavors are in full swing.
Our Classic Menu can be perfectly tailored for any fall event theme. This menu boasts 20 entrees and 23 accompaniments to choose from. Choose chicken parmesan, eggplant parmesan or meat lasagna for an Italian theme. Old fashion pulled roast beef, smoked ham or roasted turkey will satisfy the meat lover. Other choices include orange blossom chicken, home-style meatloaf and more.
